The Long Table, on the last night of the year, with nine courses drawn from the best things that came through the door in 2026. Everybody sits down at half seven and everybody eats the same thing at the same time.
There is no countdown, no music you can dance to, and no charge for the glass of something cold at midnight. A hundred and twenty pounds, wine flight seventy-five. Twenty-two places at one table.
